According to the details, the Special Court gave its verdict on the acquittal pleas of Shahbaz Sharif and Hamza Shahbaz.


Special Judge Central Ejaz Hasan Awan gave a safe verdict, while pronouncing the verdict, Shehbaz Sharif and Hamza Shehbaz were acquitted.


It should be noted that the money laundering case against Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and others was heard in Special Court Central Lahore earlier.


Special Judge Central Ijaz Hasan Awan heard the case while Special Prosecutor Farooq Bajwa and the accused's lawyer Amjad Parvez Advocate appeared in the court.


Requests for attendance waiver of Shehbaz Sharif and Hamza Shehbaz were filed in which the lawyer took the stand that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is scheduled to visit abroad. Prime Minister cannot appear in court due to going abroad. Hamza Shehbaz cannot appear in court due to back pain.


Advocate Amjad Pervaiz requested the court to exempt Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Hamza Shehbaz from attendance for one day. 161 None of the witnesses named Shehbaz Sharif and Hamza in the statements.


The court opened the record of the statements of the witnesses.


The learned judge inquired whether the witness Aslam Zeb Butt also recorded any statement. Jas Prokel replied that the investigator has distorted the statement of witness Aslam and presented it in the challan.


Amjad Parviz Advocate said that FIA has included Aslam Zeb Butt in the list of witnesses but has also asked him not to produce it. Aslam Zeb Butt is a witness and his father Aurangzeb Butt is an accused in the same case.


Amjad Parviz Advocate, citing the Indian court in the LK Advani case, said that despite the video statements of taking illegal benefits in the LK Advani case, the court did not accept the allegation.


The learned judge said that according to the law, the prosecution has to prove its allegations.


Lawyer Amjad Pervez said that the case of Shehbaz Sharif and Hamza Shehbaz stands on stronger grounds for acquittal than the case of LK Advani.


The court reserved its decision on the acquittal pleas of Shahbaz Sharif and Hamza Shahbaz.


Amjad Parvez's advocate argued that the investigating officer did not make any allegations with evidence, Masroor Anwar was said to be the trusted cash boy of Hamza Shehbaz.


Special Prosecutor Farooq Bajwa said that Masroranur has been operating the accounts of accused Mian Shehbaz and Gulzar Ahmed.


The court inquired how many remittances did Masroranur make from Gulzar's accounts?


Special Prosecutor Farooq Bajwa said that Masroranur made 4 remittances to the accounts of Shahbaz Sharif and Gulzar, which the court directed to show the record of these 4 remittances.


Special Prosecutor Farooq Bajwa said that records of 4 remittances were not found despite searching.


The court directed the staff to get the signatures of the prosecutor and the investigating officer on the order sheet.


Farooq Bajwa said that give us time, and we will prove from the record that there is a record of 4 remittances. Despite searching for records for 20 minutes, records of 4 remittances made by Masroor Anwar after Gulzar's death could not be found.


During the hearing, the prosecutor admitted that there is no record of planned 4 remittances from Masroranur.
